Our standard delivery charge is £5.99, including VAT.
We offer FREE delivery for all orders over £60.00 delivered within the UK mainland, excluding the Scottish Highlands. We aim to dispatch all orders for stock items received before noon Monday to Friday on the same working day. Order received after noon, and weekend and Bank Holiday orders, are sent out the next working day.
Shipments to the Scottish Highlands will carry a surcharge. We will only charge you the extra charged to us by our courier, and will give you the option to cancel if you do not agree to this.
On the day of dispatch orders are sent out on a next working day carrier service, although delivery to Scotland can take a day or two longer.
Orders up to 5kg and not containing flammable solvents may be sent via Royal Mail on a tracked service.
We stongly advise customers not to engage contractors, or start work on their project, until their order has been received and checked. We will not be held liable for any costs incurred due to late or damaged deliveries. Once orders have left us we are in the hands of the courier, and, very rarely, items do get lost or damaged.
If your order is really urgent please contact us and we will do everything we can to help.
We will send you an automatic email acknowledging your order when the order is placed.
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Unfortunately we cannot specify an exact delivery date or time. We use a ‘signed for’ service, although the courier may take a picture and ask for a name instead.
A VAT invoice will be included with every order, and we will send you an order confirmation email, but if you need any more information please just let us know by email at admin@multicolour.co.uk.
UK offshore Islands and Northern Ireland. Please contact us to check if we can deliver, and what the costs will be. Carriers may refuse to take flammable goods or solvents by sea or air. If we can deliver we will only add on the extra costs to us.

Specifically designed by us to have all the benefits of Pure Tung Oil, combined with a FASTER DRYING TIME (4-6 hours per coat), and ENHANCED EXTERIOR PERFORMANCE.
We have often been asked if we make a 'UV' enhanced version of our ever popular Bestwood Danish Oil. Following extensive research and testing, we now have a product available. Over time, and left untreated, most wood will naturally turn ‘grey’ due to the effect of ultraviolet light on the surface layers of the cells of the wood. Oiling the wood regularly will slow this process and ‘feed’ the wood preventing it from drying out and cracking. For even more exterior protection there are UV absorbing additives which can be added to wood treatments to make then more effective for exterior use. These products are of two types, and we use both to give added protection to our ‘UV’ Danish Oil.
- The first type of additive is the ‘UV absorber’. These compounds absorb harmful ultraviolet light wavelengths and emit them harmlessly in the infrared range as heat.
- The action of ultraviolet light on surfaces can produce chemically harmful free radicals which build up over time and cause degredation of the coating and the wood. The second type of compound, ‘free radical scavengers’ neutralise these free radicals before they can do harm.
Our Exterior Danish Oil UV also contains active ingredients specifically designed to give extra protection to exterior wood from mould, algae and fungi.
