Our standard delivery charge is £5.99, including VAT.
We offer FREE delivery for all orders over £60.00 delivered within the UK mainland, excluding the Scottish Highlands. We aim to dispatch all orders for stock items received before noon Monday to Friday on the same working day. Order received after noon, and weekend and Bank Holiday orders, are sent out the next working day.
Shipments to the Scottish Highlands will carry a surcharge. We will only charge you the extra charged to us by our courier, and will give you the option to cancel if you do not agree to this.
UK offshore Islands and Northern Ireland. Please contact us to check if we can deliver, and what the costs will be. Carriers may refuse to take flammable goods or solvents by sea or air. If we can deliver we will only add on the extra costs to us.
On the day of dispatch orders are sent out on a next working day carrier service, although delivery to Scotland can take a day or two longer.
Orders up to 5kg and not containing flammable solvents may be sent via Royal Mail on a tracked service.
We stongly advise customers not to engage contractors, or start work on their project, until their order has been received and checked. We will not be held liable for any costs incurred due to late or damaged deliveries. Once orders have left us we are in the hands of the courier, and, very rarely, items do get lost or damaged.
If your order is really urgent please contact us and we will do everything we can to help.
We will send you an automatic email acknowledging your order when the order is placed.
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Unfortunately we cannot specify an exact delivery date or time. We use a ‘signed for’ service, although the courier may take a picture and ask for a name instead.
A VAT invoice will be included with every order, and we will send you an order confirmation email, but if you need any more information please just let us know by email at admin@multicolour.co.uk.
We do not ship internationally, sorry.
Bestwood Wood Preserver
Bestwood Wood Preserver is a high performance clear Wood Preservative.
It is authorised* for use as a wood preservative under the Biocidal Products Regulations as effective against wood rotting fungi (wet and dry rot) and wood boring beetles.
Our wood preserver is based on microemulsion technology, which carries the active ingredients deep into the wood, without the use of solvents. It is non-flammable and VOC-free.
The Wood Preserver is quick drying and can be overcoated after 24 hours in normal drying conditions.
The preserver dries clear and can be used before applying our range of wood oils. It contains no waxes, and is suitable for use before any water based or solvent based oil, stain, or undercoat designed for wood.
Bestwood Wood Preserver is ready for use, and offers the flexibility of a single product suitable for a range of uses in and around the home. It is suitable for use on any dry, uncoated wood.
Uses include fences, sheds, decking, windows, doors etc.
Wood preservers are meant for use as a primer coat before application of a finish, and they must be overcoated for exterior use to retain their effectiveness.

BS EN tested and certified as preventative against wood boring insects (BS EN 46/49-1/118) and dry and wet rot (BS EN 113). .Contains: Propiconazole, Permethrin, IPBC & Benzisothiazol. May produce an allergic reaction.
